Create a contact from the Contacts area. At minimum you'll add a name; from there you can fill in as much as you like — photo, addresses, phone numbers, email, birthday, and other details.
On mobile you can add people even when you're offline. The record is saved on your device immediately and syncs to the server the next time you have a connection.

The invite is tied to a specific contact by a secure token, and the person still signs in through the normal magic link, so updates are safe and attributed to the right household.
You can export your people at any time to Excel, PDF, Word, or Markdown — useful for a printed roster, a board report, or a backup. Your data is always yours to take with you.
When you delete a contact or household that has a photo, Pax also removes the stored photo file, so nothing is left behind. Deletions apply across your organization once they sync.
